We have 3 types of rooms:

• Type 1: Rooms
• Type 2: Rooms with shower and kitchenette (communal toilet)
• Type 3: Studio flats for 1 or 2 people

      Types 2 en 3 are rent out for 12 months, type 1 for 11 months.

• We have a caretaker that has a key in case you lose of forget yours. Also a working man that repairs defects within a day.

All the houses are excellent situated and nearby the university facilities. Bus and train connections are very good and stores and laundrettes are not far at all.
